Our promise

Every order placed at Norève Boutique is handled with care and attention. We want your new favourite piece to arrive at your door beautifully and on time.


Order processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.


Delivery time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5–15 business days depending on your location across Canada. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across Canada with no minimum purchase required. Every package is delivered straight to your door at no extra cost.


How to place an order

  1. Select your item and add it to your shopping cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and double check your shipping address
  3. Choose your preferred payment method — all transactions are secured with SSL encryption
  4. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

Delays

During peak seasons or due to unforeseen global shipping circumstances, delivery times may vary slightly. Our team will keep you informed and do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.


Shipping insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for complete peace of mind. When you add shipping insurance to your order you are protected against:

  • Lost packages — if your order is lost in transit we will send a free replacement immediately
  • Damaged packages — if your order arrives damaged we will replace the affected items at no additional cost

How it works:

  1. Add shipping insurance at checkout
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if something is wrong
  3. Share a photo for damaged items or your tracking info for lost packages
  4. We will approve your claim and ship a replacement right away

Please note that shipping insurance does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered but stolen by a third party
  • Delays caused by customs or the carrier
