Our promise to you

At Norève Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to resolve. Your confidence in us matters more than any single order.


By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The item has not been damaged through misuse

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return is fully processed.


How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@noreveboutique.ca within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, reason for return and your full name
  3. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos
  4. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back
  5. Send your return to the address provided in our instructions

Please do not send items back without confirmation from us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@noreveboutique.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. In many cases a return will not be required for defective items.


Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@noreveboutique.ca with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

If a package is unclaimed, refused at delivery, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a deduction of $35 CAD will be applied to your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.


Order cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt in accordance with Canadian consumer protection law.

Because our orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, simply follow our return process after delivery.

To request a cancellation before shipment, email us at info@noreveboutique.ca as soon as possible.


Disputes & chargebacks

We always want to resolve any issue directly and fairly. If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first at info@noreveboutique.ca — we respond promptly and will do everything we can to make it right.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed with your bank, we will provide supporting documentation including your order confirmation, tracking details and all communication records.


Important notes

  • Returns are shipped at the customer's expense
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or misuse will not be accepted
  • Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned if used or in unsanitary condition
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
